All items are shipped from the greater Denver area in Colorado. All packages are sent with tracking numbers and parcel insurance.
Pre-Orders
If an order contains at least one pre-order product, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item is released.
U.S.A. Domestic Orders
All items are shipped via USPS.
U.S. Dollars - 1st item $5.00-$8.00, any additional items $2.00-$3.50 each. Shipping costs are in USD and best estimated to cover the cost of shipping
International Orders
Non-U.S. customers are responsible for any additional costs related to customs or duties.

Local Pick Ups
Free local pick-up is an option at checkout for those in and near Denver, CO. Select Customer Pick-Up at checkout to waive the shipping fees. Customer will be contacted to arrange a time and for location info.
Additional Shipping Information
Double check you've input the correct mailing address. If you have made an error in your mailing address, contact us right away by email, [email protected] to correct it. The customer is responsible for the costs associated with providing inaccurate mailing addresses; the initial shipping fee, return to sender fee & ship again fees (if you wish to resend)
Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please be aware that you will be responsibile for the cost of shipping the new item back to you. However, we're more than happy to assist in any way that we can. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will not accept items that have been washed or have any type of odors/stains.
